Hi Anil, I received H4 extension biometric appointment letter for my 10 year old child. The letter is given with a form to fill in details. Can you please confirm below things:
- Does he need to fill the form in his handwriting and write his name in the signature field on the form given?
- Do I need to take my son or just carry his passport, birth certificate, my photo Id along with the letter and filled form and complete the appointment myself?
