I applied for H4 extension in sep2021 and got approved on Jan10-2022 and received H4 original copy. But on Feb-20 I received H4-approval notice (I-797C) again, did not receive H4 original copy though. Both approvals have same validity and receipt number but notice date is different.
Which H4 approval I can consider? I am going to apply for H4-EAD shall I use the first H4 copy as I still did not receive the I-797A for later approval.
I-797A is the one you will use to file EAD.
