We H1B, H4 and EAD valid toll 2023. If H1B is getting transferred, and we apply for H4 and EAD along with that to keep the dates match up. While there is a new EAD applied, can I keep working on the valid current EAD I hold?
You may apply for H4 along with the H1B, however EAD can only be applied within 180 days of the expiry if filing with H4 extension of status.
You may proceed with H4 extension with the H1B transfer and keep working on the current H4 EAD.
