Hi Anil,
My H1B visa is set to expire on the 13th of September 2021.
I am currently based in NY, earning second level salary (around 72k).
I was looking at new rules and it looks like the prevailing wages for my profession in my area went up to 96k for the Level 2.
If my current employer wants to renew my visa, will they have to increase my salary to that level?
If so, Would they have to match level 2 or new level 3?
