Hi, I have been working for employer A and got approved I 140 also, recently I moved from Texas to NC with the same client. For that my employer A filed an H1B amendment and got RFE. Now my client offered full time and they are filing H1B transfer. Is there any chance to get RFE/Denial on H1B transfer? I have valid I94 till 2022 Jan.
