H1B Transfer in RFE - Amendment filed after 2 months for the same transfer petition got approved

Hello, a quick question for a friend.

First filed H1B transfer and after 2 months filed for an amendment for the same petition to allow for work from home for the same company/position/client.

H1B transfer is in RFE and (work from home) amendment got approved.

Does RFE still need to be addressed?

What’s the next course of action?

H1B transfer needs to reach too as it is the base for H1B amendment.

If my husband’s amendment is approved till 2022 and extension is expiring in November 2020. Does he has to file h1 extension or not?

Each amendment is also an extension. Filing an extension depends on current i94 status.
