Hi,
I am transferring my visa to a new employer. The new employer will be filing it in regular processing. I dont want to resign from my previous employer in case my H1B transfer gets rejected to avoid out-of-status. Can I do a transfer of H1B to the new employer and at the same time not resign from my previous employer job so as to avoid the revocation of my previous H1B so that i still will have a H1B to come back to in case my transfer is denied? Once the H1B transfer is approved I can resign from my previous employer. Is this possible? Please let me know.
