Hello All, Company A laid me off in March 2022. Company B filed an h1b transfer in April 2022 within 60 days grace period and I started working under receipt notice. RFE was received for Company B in May 2022. Got another offer from company C who will file H1b transfer in June 2022. Company B will file an RFE response also in June 2022. If company B’s RFE response gets denied can I immediately join Company C under receipt notice or do I need to move out of USA ? If the company C H1b transfer gets approved before Company B RFE responds can I join Company C? What are my options if Company B RFE response gets denied can i use the number of days left in the grace period and wait for Company C response?
