My situation was-
I had a H1B extension filed based on approved I140 prior to I94 expiry followed by H1B amendment filing after 5 months of I94 expiry.
I ended up working for 2 years after I94 expiry because my petition was put on administrative processing and didn’t hear from USCIS for more than 2 years. I received an RFE 6 months after leaving USA.
This happened 4 years ago.
Do you think I will be allowed to re-enter USA anytime in future ?
