RFE is specific to your application and the documents requested.
It won’t make any difference to your case if anyone else has also received it or not.
But, the H1B RFEs are kind of normal these days with Bachelor degree or with consultancy company.
What documents have been requested in your 2nd RFE?
H1B RFE - Prove Commutable distance between Home and work location
I have received RFE and submitted , RFE is about address proof that i was near commutable distance to work location , submitted all valid proofs , i am doubting if they can issue again an rfe about specialty or employee-employer relationship.
The 2nd RFE chances depend on your paperwork that your employer has submitted.
Don’t worry.
If USCIS has to send an RFE, they will send it anyway.
I got it , but I am sure 1st RFE will clear , will they issue an RFE which is unrelated to 1st RFE ?
They can issue any RFE related or un-related to 1st RFE.
It is up-to the individual USCIS consultant who is working on your case. I cannot guess what he/she will do.

Did you filed in premium processing? I filed in regular processing but would like to upgrade it to premium. Does that increase my chances of RFE or rejection? Also I was told my case was moved from Vermont to Nebraska.
