Is H1B extension after i140 approval affected by premium processing ban?
I got my PERM approved and waiting for i-140 approval in regular processing.
After I-140, I would need to file for H1B Extension, will this premium processing suspension also be applicable to my case?
I am not changing any employer or job profile.

You should be able to file for h1b-extension with the option of ‘No change’ in employment details.
But, it is not guaranteed that the case would be sent to Vermont Service center. USCIS will decide it based on the form, employer and employee location and their work load progress.
The chances are high though that they might route all ‘No change’ cases to Vermont service center.
