My H1B denied reason with speciality occupation. My H1B denied on 7’Dec 2020 but received notice on 24’Dec 2020. In denied notice USCIS mentioned we can appeal against (MTR) within 30 days and my attorney still checking expert service (firm).
Is there any grace period/time in this covid situation?
And suggest the top (authorised) firm will help for education/work evaluation further for MTR.
