H1B and Non Profit Organization

Hi Anil

I have a h1b and approved I-140 through my previous employer and they are not into Non Profit Organization. I am planning to take a position with an NPO organization who are ready do sponsorship. Is that going to be an issue in future ? later if I want to change my job I only need to look for NPO employer who is willing to do sponsorship ? Is that true ?

Please advice.

I don’t see any issue since you have approved i140.
