H1B amendment - what is considered a move to new location

My company is applying for h1b amendment this month to move to a new location.
Can I move to the new location immediately after applying the amendment or should I wait for approval from uscis?

What is considered as a move? Is it just the change of address to a different state in paystubs?

You don’t need to wait for amendment to be approved. You may move to a new job location after filing the amendment.

If H1B is moving in the same MSA (metropolitan statistical area), amendment is not required, otherwise it should be filed before moving.
