H1b Amendment needed or not

I worked for an X client and we had an end client with X and never mentioned the end client in the documents. Now the end client was been taken by Y and Y mentions Endclient in the documents.

My employer did not file Amendment as I was working from Home from the start of the project and my LCA and I-129 show work location as my home address and my home address just changed 10 miles.

Do we need to file Amendment in this case or not needed? I am going on for H1B visa stamping now. Will their be any issue if I go for Stamping?

You dont need amendment for location change as you still seem to be in same MSA. However, you need to talk to your employer’s immigration lawyer to make sure there are no other material changes in your employment that may need an amendment.
