H-1B filing i-539 change of status to B2

Hi, I’m on H1b, in grace period, and about to file an i-539 request online to request B2 visa COS.

A couple of questions that come up in this form:

  1. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?
  2. Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?

I’m filing as an individual and have an old approved I-140, and no other pending applications in the green card path. What should my answers be? Don’t quite see the difference between these 2 questions - is it asking if there’s an active application or an application history?
If so, the answer should be 1) No, 2)Yes, but hoping someone here can confirm/deny.

1=No ( you didn’t apply for I-140 or I-485) , 2=Yes. I-140 was filed by your employer and approved.
