Got my H4 EAD but still waiting on H4 approval

Hi Anil ,

We applied for H4 Transfer on April 10 2020 and H4 EAD on Aug 6th 2020 .
We missed our biometric for H4 Transfer application and request for reschedule and still waiting on the reschedule appointment letter.

Today , shockingly we received H4 EAD physcially. I am suprised.

Now can i start working using that EAD card or need to wait till H4 application gets approved?

As long as your status is H4, you should be able to use the valid H4 EAD card.
