I got H1B approval but there is no i94 attached to it.
I am planning to join new H1B employer as I am getting a good opportunity. Can I transfer H1B without stamping?
No, you cannot file H1B transfer unless you first get H1B stamp for your current H1B approval and re-enter US and get i94 stamped with “H1B” status.
