I am in F1 visa (expires on May 31) and have filled COS to H4 & filed H4 EAD in Sep 2020 and yet to get the biometric appointment. My husband is transferring his H1 to a new employer. Along with that H4 & H4 EAD will also be filed. Current employer will most likely revoke his H1 after 10 days of leaving the company. What will happen to my current H4 petition that is pending with USCIS. Do I have to start the wait time from the beginning.
Each application will have its own waiting time.
