F1 to H1B stamping Visa approved, status is Administrative processing

VO told visa is approved - Status shows Admin processing

I have appeared to VISA on Aug 9th 2018 for F1 to H1B stamping.

VO told my ViSA was approved but when I check my VISA status it says its under Admin Processing.

Today is Aug 14th i.e 3rd working day. Still I didnt hear any response from them. Please help. I am scared . I have my return ticket on Aug 27th.

Thats what it scares me. In passport tracker it shows “YOUR PASSPORT IS STILL WITH US EMBASSY”.

My interview happened on Aug 9th. Its already been a week. Fingers crossed.

There is no need to be scared. Were you issued any form 221 (g) with any color paper?
If no form 221(g) was issued, then it is normal processing. The ‘administrative processing’ simply means that they are working on your passport stamp.

The normal processing time is 7-10 days. Don’t worry. You will get your passport and visa soon.

My status changed to VISA Issued on the 9th Working day and got my passport on 10th working day.
