Extending Tourist Visa Stay beyond 1 year

All,
I am trying to see if there is a possibility to extend Tourist Visa B2 stay beyond 1 year, given the current Pandemic Situation.

I understand B2 cannot be extended beyond a year, however given the current unique circumstances, have anybody tried extending their parent’s stay beyond a year.

You can file the extension with legitimate reasons for not traveling.

Hi @Divine , Im in the same situation planning to extend my parents Visa beyond 1yr because of the pandemic situation, Please let me know how did it go for you and tips/ suggestion is much appreciated.
