In DS 160, for question “Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?”, what is the explanation should we provide?
I was approved I 140 twice with 2 employers and right now, another application is in process (but in PERM). I think I should mention about approved I-140 with 2 employers and not about current application as it is still in PERM. Is that right?
What information should I provide for these 2 applications?
