EB2 140 Portability

Hi

Eb2 Approved I140 from X company , can it be ported to Y Company without doing new PERM with Y Company.

I had Seen this , the new Job offer if its same or similar occupational as the job specified in the petition

EB2 NIW dont need a PERM , otherwise it is required.
