I’ve submitted my I-765 on 9/16. My EAD expired on 12/14. I requested expedited processing because of financial loss - denied. Processing time still 5-7 months. What other options do I have?
You can join the RN Law group litigation filed for H4 EAD approval delays. Other than that, you can only wait.
