DS160 - Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents in the US?

Myself (H4), Husband (H1B), Child (US Citizen), currently in USA.
We are traveling to India In Nov 2018. In the DS160 form, should we say YES or NO to below Question. If YES, then we need to add spouse/child info.

Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents in the U.S.?

Help: Immediate Relatives
Means fiance/fiancee, spouse (husband/wife), child (son/daughter), or sibling (brother/sister).

This question is for people who’s immediate relatives are in US at the time of applying for visa.
In your case, you all are going together for visa stamping.

So, you have two options:

1. DS 160 - Choose YES - Recommended - Safe option

Choose ‘Yes’ if you have H1B spouse, US citizen Kid.
In each one of your DS 160, add information about the other 2 people after saying ‘YES’.

2. DS 160 - Choose ‘No’

Say ‘No’ and go on. This should not make any difference to your visa stamping as you are all potentially travelling together and are not present in US at the time of visa interview.
But, I still recommend option 1 as it is a safer alternative.
