Hie… I am on H4 visa expiring in Dec 2022 and my husband is on H1B. His company has applied for H1B renewal. We wanted to make a trip to India this year preferably in Dec.
- Can we just file one DS 160 together for myself and my husband with single appointment or does it have to be separate?
2)Can we file DS 160 and book appointment with H1B renewal receipt number before getting i797?
