Dropbox - your passport is still with the us embassy/consulate

Hi Anil,

I have submitted documents in Dropbox on 14th December 2018 in hyderabad consulate, but till now no update.

In passport tracker it is showing as “your passport is still with the us embassy/consulate”

In Consular Electronic Application Center site “no status”

Do I have to wait or send any email to them asking for update.

You can send an email but I would suggest to wait till first week of Jan for the result.
The result may be delayed due to holiday season.

Normally, Dropbox can take up to 7-21 working days to get the passport.
So, you are good.
