My Family was in India and I did a H1b transfer to new company and since they are not physically present, attorney said they did not need to apply for H4 extension. Now I am planning to bring them in repartition flight.
My questions is, the new scanned copies of I797, offer letter and paycheck is enough for them to enter the country?
