Colling off period after H1B extension/amendment denied?

hi Anil,

Is there any official “cooling off” period before we can apply for extension/amendment for new Location B in case H1B extension or amendment is denied for new Location B (from Location A)?

Note: I understand that if old H1B petition is still valid for previous Location A, then we can go back to that location to work.

As far as I know, there is no cooling off period as such after H1B extension or Amendment Denial.

You can file immediately if your employer has FIXED the denial reason.
If you don’t work to fix the denial reason, there is really no need to re-apply as the chances of denial are really high.
