Collection and submission mode- passport renewal

Hello,

I am at the collection and submission point in the CKGS application for passport renewal.

After I filled up all the details, the website asks for typing the cashiers check no or money order no.

But it also says “if you don’t have those details” you can fill it in the “my account” of the CKGS website. If I try to do that, I get a pop up saying “fill in the cashiers check number”.

It wont let me go to the next step without filling in the check number.

Any help is appreciated.

Then, get the check made and then move forward. You have to send the payment anyway with the application.
