Hi Anil, thanks for all ur insight on my previous queries. I wanted a clarification regarding the Annexure E form. The CKGS website already fills up the form for us, provided we fill in the details. Are we supposed to sign this form and send it with our application ? Or the form is simply an outline, and we need to write the declaration in a plain paper and send it to CKGS ? Sorry if the question seems stupid, but I want to make sure I do everything correctly.
Just download pre-filled form from CKGS application, print, sign and send it with your application package.
