What is the procedure to change employers while on Employment based EB2 Green Card EAD (over 180 days).

I don’t understand your question.
If your EAD is valid, then you can change Employer as per your choice.
I485 EAD gets automatic 180 day extension.

Does that mean, no forms has to be filed with USCIS in order to notify/get approval when we change the employer?
Are there any restrictions on job title and responsibilities with new job? Do they have to match exactly with the PERM job responsibilities.
