Without work visa, you need top score in IELTS including other factors. It is possible that lower IELTS points may work but first you need to tell how many points do you have at this time?
I am going to appear for IELTS in April 1st week. Currently i am in USA working on L2 EAD. So my consulting firm going to apply for my Canadian work Visa through my current job. I am not sure how but they say that IELTS score & work visa will help to get PR easily.
