Am I eligible for the 5 points in Niche skills ?

A Masters degree by research or a Doctorate degree from an Australian educational institution that included at least two academic years in a relevant field.
Wife has Bachelor degree, Husband has Masters
My wife is 31 years old with a bachelors degree and around 8 years of experience. I am 33 years old and I have a masters degree with around 11 years of experience.
Assuming if we both get the same score in the English test, is it preferred that I apply as the primary or my wife as the primary ?
I understand we can get 5 extra points due to her age vs mine but I am wondering i will get any extra points for studying my masters.
Could you please suggest.
