I got invitation for 190 nsw in January and I lodged my visa in February 2020. I came to India to visit my family in March and I didn’t (couldn’t) return yet? Can I get married now? And if I could, can I add the spouse to the already lodged visa?
The 190 visa approval will come with a clause to not marry before first arrival.
You can add your spouse to pending application but it may reduce your total points based on the situation.
