Can I change my address after applying H4 EAD and update the address somewhere to get the EAD card?

Currently My I140 is approved. My H1b is set to expire Feb 2021 and extension filing is in review stage at attorney. I am in the process of applying of H4 EAD since my I140 is approved. I have following questions.

  1. What is the current wait times for H4 EAD approval ?
  2. Shall I consider premium filling of my H1b extension? since my current visa is set to expire Feb 2021 and EAD date if applied might be approved until feb 2021(I am not sure of this).
  3. Can I change my address after applying H4 EAD and update the address somewhere to get the EAD card ?
  4. I am in company A. While the H4 EAD is in progress, can I move to company B? will that effect EAD?
