Can CPT student work more than 40 hours per week or work in two employments at the same time?

First masters and CPT from 3rd semester. Can the student work for two employers and 40 hours/week with each employer at the same time?
Is there any legal obligations?
Would this affect OPT if CPT is not utilized more than 11 months?
Any limitations on amount of payroll from an employer(Ex: 12 to 15k per month)?

Full time CPT allows student to work more than 21 hours/week. There is no upper ceiling defined and no restrictions on number of employers however you need to discuss with your DSO.
Students must maintain full-time enrollment during fall and winter CPT. Full-time enrollment is 12 credit hours for undergraduate students, 8 credit hours for graduate students and 6 credit hours for Graduate Student Instructors and Graduate Student Research Assistants.
With full-time enrollment in fall & winter semesters, it will be difficult to justify more than 40 hours of work.

Please be aware that 12 months or more of full-time CPT will eliminate your eligibility for Optional Practical Training (OPT).

You need to work closely with your DSO. As mentioned above more than 12 months of full time CPT will make you ineligible for OPT.

No restrictions on pay you receive. You need to file federal and state taxes though.

Thank you so much and Appreciate your response.
