My l1b expired on aug 25,22 so I have applied for extension. I have also applied for h1b cos and it got approved on sep 13,2022. So my status change to h1 on oct1,22.
But unfortunately my l1 extension approved on oct 3,2022.will my status move to l1 as per last action rule? Please help me with this case
No, you are still in H1B status. The L1 extension of status will cover the gap from from Aug 25 to 1st Oct. If still in doubt, talk to your employer’s immigration lawyer.
