I received the NSW nomination yesterday evening, applied for it and to my surprise, the nomination was approved within 4 hours!
When i woke up today, i saw the invitation to apply 190 visa now?
Can you help with the process and if I need to pay fees before generating HAP ID?

Looks like NSW is in competition with 189 visa applicants and want to catch them before they are picked up by 189 invitation.
