I was applied asylum in 2016 which still pending in person interview. But now I decided i have to go back my home bcz some family issue( my family are in trouble due to CIVID-19) . But my indian passport is expired 2 years ago. I don’t know how to return my home country. I m really stressed . Please suggest me Right way to return to India.
You will need an Indian passport to travel back to India. Get it made from Indian embassy.
It’s possible Indian Embasy can renew passport for C08 category EAD holder ?
