Are H4 EADs still being issued?

Hi,

Wanted to know if USCIS is still issuing H4 EADs? With all the news about it getting cancelled, until what time frame do you think EADs will still be issued?

On a personal note, would like to thank you for your due diligence on answering all the questions here. Appreciate it. Amazing work!

Hi @rohannag

The DHS rule is still not out. Even if they publish it anytime soon, it will be a ‘Draft’ version and it will take at-least about 7-8 months to make it final.

Until it is ‘Final’ H4 EAD will still be issued.
