Approved i140, DS: 160 - Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with USCIS?

Hi,
If I have approve I-140 should I answer the below question as yes
‘Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with USCIS?’
Please help

You can answer ‘yes’ to this question on DS-160 and then give details about your i140 approval.

You should answer ‘No’ if your i140 has not never been filed.

For H4 dependents, answer should be ‘No’ as i140 is only filed for primary H1B and not H4s.
