My employer would be soon filing for my H1B extension, H4 extension and H4 EAD for my spouse concurrently. Do we need to include biometrics fee along with base fee for H4 extension?
I heard that USCIS has stopped biometrics on a temporary basis for H4 extensions. Are there any specific rules that cancellation of biometrics is applicable only for paper filing or electronic submission?
Please clarify.
There is no biometric fees for H4 EAD anymore till May 2023.
