Apply for H4 EAD after expiry - Extension or new application?

Hi,
I have to apply for H4 EAD for my spouse. Her prev H4 EAD got expired. What is the process of doing so ? Will it be like new H4 EAD form or something like H4EAD extension?

You have to follow the process for H4 EAD renewal since your spouse already had H4 EAD earlier.
