An explanation will be required from your employer on official company letterhead as to why an employment reference letter cannot be provided

December 2019 ACS document has this new rule change for Statutory Declaration for cases when company refuses to provide a roles and responsibilities letter:
“An explanation will be required from your employer on official company letterhead as to why an employment reference letter cannot be provided.”


I have the communication from the employer in an email, but I don’t think I can get their refusal to provide the RnR document on a letter head!

Is there any workaround? Does it mean that experience will not get counted at all?

We have seen that ACS is rejecting the assessment if you can’t provide the letter from employer.
