This Privacy Policy describes how Truvisa LLC (“Truvisa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, including but not limited to AI Passport Photo, Passport Photo Maker, AM22Tech Apps, and other applications published by Truvisa LLC (collectively, the “Apps”).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect the following categories of information:
Personal Information
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Date of birth
• Mailing address
• Passport information
• Visa application information
• Government-issued identification information
• Social Security Number (SSN) or other identification numbers when voluntarily entered by the user
• Other information entered by users into forms or applications within our Apps
Photos and Uploaded Content
Our Apps allow users to upload, capture, edit, and store photographs for passport, visa, immigration, and other official documentation purposes. These photographs and related image data may be stored and processed to provide requested services.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and other payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV codes, or other payment card information on our servers. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe/Payment provider in accordance with provider’s privacy policies.
Device and Usage Information
We may automatically collect:
• Device model
• Operating system version
• IP address
• Mobile network information
• App version
• Diagnostic information
• Crash reports
• Usage statistics
• Analytics data
Information entered into forms, applications, immigration workflows, passport applications, visa applications, and related documents may be processed by our AI systems and supporting technologies solely for the purpose of providing requested functionality.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• Provide passport photo, visa photo, and document preparation services
• Process and manage user accounts
• Save user-generated content and application data
• Improve app functionality and performance
• Provide customer support

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND AI PROCESSING
We use trusted third-party service providers and artificial intelligence technologies to operate and improve our Apps.
These services may include:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Google Analytics for usage analytics
- Firebase Analytics for analytics and performance monitoring
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and diagnostics
- Hetzner for hosting and infrastructure services
- Google Cloud Vision AI for image analysis and photo processing features
- Google Document AI for document-related processing and data extraction features
- MediaPipe and other machine learning models operated on our servers for image enhancement, background processing, facial landmark detection, passport photo validation, and related functionality
- Proprietary and open-source language models (LLMs) hosted on our infrastructure to assist with document preparation, form completion, data organization, and user-requested automation features
When users utilize AI-powered features, uploaded images, documents, and related information may be processed by these systems solely for the purpose of providing requested services and improving feature accuracy.
We do not sell user data to third parties. Third-party service providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

AI-Powered Processing
Our Apps may use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to:
• Generate passport, visa, and identification photos
• Detect facial positioning and photo compliance requirements
• Remove or replace image backgrounds

• Extract information from documents when requested by the user
• Assist users in preparing forms, applications, and supporting documentation
• Improve the accuracy and reliability of photo and document processing services
AI-generated outputs are intended to assist users and may require user review and verification before submission to government agencies or other organizations.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
We may share information only:
• With service providers necessary to operate the Apps
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of Truvisa LLC, our users, or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or business transfer
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted between your device and our servers.
While we implement reasonable security safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Users should avoid submitting information that is not necessary for the intended purpose.
Certain uploaded images, documents, and user-provided information may be transmitted to authorized cloud-based AI services when necessary to provide requested features. Such transmissions occur using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
DATA RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Users may delete stored information through the App where available.
ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Users may delete their account and associated information directly within the App.
If you are unable to access your account, you may request deletion by contacting us using the contact information provided below.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize information unless retention is required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention purposes, or legitimate business obligations.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Apps are not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
Your information may be processed and stored in countries where our service providers operate. By using our Apps, you consent to such processing and storage.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted within the Apps or on our website. Continued use of the Apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
